All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking is issued once full payment is received and processed. For cryptocurrency payments, reservations are held for 30 minutes pending network confirmation.
Standard check-in is from 15:00. Standard check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT. All prices are displayed in GBP. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are locked at the time of booking confirmation.
Manchester Marriot Homes accepts no liability for the loss of personal belongings. We recommend guests use the in-room safes for valuables. Our liability is limited to the value of the accommodation booked.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.

To cancel your booking, please contact us with your booking reference at info@manchestermarriothomes.com or call +44 7853 877075. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email to be valid.
Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are issued in the same currency as the original payment, at the GBP rate locked at time of the original booking. Processing may take 2–5 business days.
In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, bereavement, or severe weather causing travel disruption, please contact us directly. We review these cases individually and may offer alternative arrangements, date changes, or partial credit at our discretion.
